We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken individual to drive and maintain the user experience for our customers. 3Play products reach thousands of direct customers, and millions of end users around the world. Our customers are the driving force of our success, and we place a lot of thought and care in their experience.
Primary responsibilities are front-end design and development, collecting and responding to customer feedback, and keeping up with evolving Web design trends. The role requires strong communication skills with customers, engineering team members and management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong understanding of web technologies and design, as well as an aptitude to learn the intricacies of an evolving software product. Because our team is small and our customers are varied, you will need to be able to quickly catch on to new technologies and enjoy solving problems.
About the Company
3Play Media is a rapidly growing, profitable start-up making a huge impact on the way people consume online media. We provide premium captioning, transcription, and translation solutions to over 1,000 higher ed, enterprise, and government customers. Our goal is to simplify the workflow through flexible APIs, a secure online account system, and integrations with a multitude of players, platforms, and lecture capture systems. We got our start in 2007 out of MIT Sloan and we remain based in Cambridge, MA.
