Translation and Subtitling Services

Once your English content has been transcribed, it can be translated into a number of languages. All translation is time-synchronized. That means that you can download multi-lingual subtitles and transcripts, and use interactive transcripts the same way as with English.

Real-Time Editing

After your content has been transcribed, you can log into your account and freely edit your transcripts and captions. The editing interface includes a media player that is linked to your transcript word-to-word. This lets you click on any word in the transcript to play the video (or audio) from that exact point. Any changes that you make instantly propagate to all output files and there is no need to reprocess your files! You can also use the find & replace tool to change the spelling of a word or make redactions throughout an entire transcript.

In addition to transcripts, captions, and subtitles, you can install a collapsible interactive transcript on your website. An interactive transcript communicates with the video player and lets your users search, navigate, and easily share sections of a video. Workflow Flexibility

There are a number of ways to upload your media files. If your files are on your computer, you can upload files securely from your account. If you have many files or large files, you can use FTP. If your media files are hosted on a public server, you can enter links to the media files. Another option is to import files directly from compatible video platforms and lecture capture systems. We can even extract files from physical media, like video tapes, DVDs, or audio cassettes. You can also use our APIs to create a fully automated workflow. We support 237 different media formats, covering most types of audio and video formats.
