What is 3Play Media's
'Faces Behind the Screen'?

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.

Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

One of the best ways to get involved is in your own community which is why it was an obvious decsion for us to 3Play it Forward this year to Hearing Loss Association of America.

What is

"Accessibility is one of the biggest parts of what makes things work for people. Accepting the idea of accessibility — that looks different for everybody."

Crystal Eusebio
Assistant Director of Student Activities, Boston University

"Deaf people really just want to be a part of the hearing world, too. They want to communicate. So, they will figure it out by any means necessary."

Matt Maxey, Founder of DEAFinitely Dope

At 3Play Media, our mission is to make video more accessible for everyone. As a company, we love solutions that benefit the communities we serve, and understand how important it is to shine a spotlight on accessibility. To help educate people on the subject, we created ACCESS, our conference that celebrates video accessibility and the people that make it happen. We continuously publish new material on our blog, following what's new in the accessibility community and host an active webinar series that brings in top a11y speakers.

Because of HLAA, individuals with hearing loss not only have the tools they need to live more successfully, but they also know that they're not facing this alone

The mission of HLAA is to open the world of communication to people with hearing loss by providing information, education, support and advocacy. Through their continued efforts such as their bimonthly magazine, Hearing Life, their biweekly newsletter, their events such as the Walk4Hearing and annual convention, and webinars that showcase experts in their field, it's clear that HLAA has been achieving their mission.
