A Cheat Sheet is a specific set of instructions, or glossary of terms, used by our professional transcript editors to complete captioning and transcript files as accurately as possible.

Once you log in to the 3Play Media Account System, you can enter or upload a list of instructions, or glossary of terms, that include the correct spelling of product/company names, technical vocabulary, acronyms, and other terminology.

Once the information is entered, you can create a default Cheat Sheet for a specific file, folder, or an entire project.

At 3Play Media, we always guarantee a minimum accuracy rate of 99% on all files, but with a Cheat Sheet, you can ensure an even more accurate file.
