This step-by-step guide will show you the best way to add captions and audio description to your video on OzPlayer using your 3Play Media account.

Step 1: Submit Your Video for Captioning and Audio Description

Log into your 3Play Media account.

From the Upload tab at the top of the screen, select From Computer, From Links, From Linked Account, or Cloud Storage depending on where your video lives. Choose your video, and follow the onscreen prompts.

You’ll receive an email when your caption and audio description files are ready.

Step 2: Download Your Caption and Audio Description Files

OzPlayer accepts VTT closed caption files and MP3 or OGG audio description files.

First, click on your finished file, click Download above the transcript, select the WebVTT option and download your captions.

Then, go back to your finished file, and click Download in the Audio Description section on the bottom right. Select either the MP3 or OGG option.

Step 3: Add Your Files to OzPlayer

Now that you have your video, captions, and audio description files you can create a fully accessible video player HTML embed code.

Note: OzPlayer requires that caption and audio description files must be hosted on the same server as the website on which this code will be inserted, otherwise, they will not work.

Go to the OzPlayer code generator and follow the instructions to add your files.

Click Submit at the bottom of the page, copy the code, and paste it into your web page. It’s as easy as that!
