A Step-by-Step Guide
My Files Page
When you log into your 3Play account, you’re taken to the My Files page. My Files is the central repository of all uploaded media, regardless of the upload method or service type you choose. Each file you upload gets a unique 3Play file ID, and the filters on the left are automatically generated based on what you order. You can even create folders and tags to organize your files further.

Navigating the Menu
Along the top of the online platform, there is a main menu bar. Here, you will find a number of useful pages for 3Play admins, including What’s New, Account Overview, Contact, Billing, and your email address which brings you to your Settings. Let’s walk through each of these resources briefly.

What’s New is a great place to check for new product announcements or industry-related information.

The Account Overview updates in real-time and features file-specific information, from the services requested to the delivery dates of those files.

The Contact menu gives you easy access to customer-facing teams if you’re experiencing technical difficulties, if you’d like to report a potential bug, or to ask workflow-related questions. Here, you’ll also find a link to our Knowledge Base, featuring how-to articles for every account system feature.

The Billing section also updates in real-time, and shows costs and remaining account balances. We believe in transparency and that any billing user should always be in the know.

Settings can be accessed by clicking on your email address at the far right of this menu. By clicking your email you can adjust certain personal settings, such as email notifications. You will also be able to access profile settings, including speaker labels, glossaries of terms, audio description, and translation options, in addition to new user creation.
