3Play Media provides high-quality, reliable real-time captioning for colleges and universities nationwide, ensuring a seamless experience for students and staff. Our integrated scheduling platform simplifies workflows by allowing bulk semester scheduling, adding course materials, and generating a single captioning URL per course. With real-time staffing visibility, you’ll know when your class is covered and if the captioner is connected. After class, receive the completed transcript via email or platforms like Box.
How It Works
Step 1:
Student requests real-time accommodations for their courses in AIM
Step 2:
In AIM, staff assigns requests to 3Play Media (this is the only thing you need to do!)
Step 3:
3Play Media automatically schedules and staffs requests for the entire semester
Step 4:
3Play Media sends a static captioning URL to AIM that can be used for the entire course
