How to Make Academic Departments More Inclusive of Faculty with Disabilities

Individuals with disabilities face challenges during the application process as well as after being hired as faculty members in departments. These departments include science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This presentation will share lessons learned in the AccessADVANCE project which can help departments and institutions make faculty positions more inclusive of individuals with disabilities.
