ADA Title II mandates that public education institutions make their digital content accessible, using WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the required technical standard. To meet these requirements, your video content must include:
- Captions: All synchronized media with audio (including dialogue and important sound effects) must have captions. For live videos, this requires real-time captions.
- Transcription: A full text transcript of the video’s audio, including speaker identifications and descriptions of relevant non-speech sounds, must be provided.
