Product Marketing Specialist (Marketing)

About the Job

This role will drive product messaging, branding, and education internally, to prospects, and to customers. The ideal candidate will take initiative on evolving our product marketing process with a focus on creating content that evangelizes our products and sets us apart from competitors. Excellent communication skills are critical, as this person will need to distill, write about, and present on technical subject matter.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, create, and deliver product marketing content (how-to guides, video tutorials, product release announcements, blogs) that engage customers and entice prospects
  • Maintain and communicate list of product updates
  • Develop and maintain materials that educate and enable an active sales team
  • Support the sales, support, account management, and marketing teams with clear messaging around product releases and improvements
  • Evaluate current product and customer marketing avenues and recommend improvements
  • Promote & evangelize 3Play Media's products and brand through presentations at conferences, webinars, and 3Play-hosted events
  • Drive ongoing competitive differentiation
  • Analyze and report on product marketing success metrics

Position Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in a product-focused role
  • Deep understanding of technology
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
  • Comfort with public speaking and a willingness to travel
  • Ability to learn, discuss, and write about technical content
  • Bachelor’s degree
